Service Terms & Refund Policy

AI SEO Optimization Package — BuyAISEO.com

(1) SCOPE. The AI SEO Optimization Package is a one-time digital service. We build a dedicated AI-ready file for your business from the information you provide in the project intake form and the pages of your website covered by your package.

(2) TERRITORY. Service is currently available to businesses located in the United States only; orders for businesses outside the United States may be declined and refunded before production begins.

(3) INTAKE REQUIRED. Production begins only after intake is complete. You have 14 days from purchase to complete intake; after 14 days the order moves to inactive status, your queue position and any promotional pricing are released, and reactivation requires contacting support; a reactivation fee may apply.

(4) ALL SALES FINAL. Because this is a custom digital service with immediate queue allocation, all sales are final and non-refundable, including orders that lapse to inactive status due to incomplete intake.

(5) DELIVERY WINDOWS. Typical production time is 30–60 days from completed intake; Expedited Processing moves an order to the front of the queue, typically 2–3 weeks from completed intake. Stated windows are typical production times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

(6) NO RANKING GUARANTEE. We optimize your website content for AI platforms; we do not and cannot guarantee any specific placement, ranking, or inclusion in any AI system’s answers.

(7) DELIVERY. Deliverables are sent to the email addresses provided at intake; providing accurate addresses is your responsibility.
